All documents you submit with your application must be submitted with a complete set of good copies in the A4 format. This is because they will be scanned and sent to Norway electronically. Failing to submit copies in A4 format will make the processing of your case longer.
1. Application for first time residence permit or work permit
- This is the common application form for all work- and residence permits. Make sure all the relevant coloumns are filled in.
- You do not need this form if you register your application Online.
2. Guarantee Form for residence
- This form must be submitted to the Embassy by the reference for when applying for stays longer than 3 months.

- If you are applying residence permit for the purpose of family reunification in Norway we require that this form is filled submitted together with the application.
5. Standardized Contract for employment for au pairs
- This is a contract between the applicant and the employer which needs to be submitted with the application.
6. Offer of employment
- This is a standardized offer of employment which needs to be filled in and submitted with all applications where the reason for applying is work in Norway.
