Please be advised that it is a requirement that all documents are submitted in original with a complete set of copies in the A4 format. The copies will have to be of very good quality with no staples, paper clips or glue as they will be scanned by the Embassy.
The Embassy or the Directorate of Immigration may require additional documents if deemed necessary
See below the list for specific documents required where the sponsor is your spouse, fiancée, parents, sibling or child.
All applicants must provide the following documentation:
- Completely and accurately filled Application Form in duplicate (Unless you applied online).
- Original, early registered Birth Certificate with copy.
- Original B-form of father, transcript of family-form from NADRA
- Original and copy of school certificates (Primary and Matric) with translation.
- 2 copies of both sides of ID-card, NIC or CNIC.
- 2 copies of passport pages 1- 4
- 3 Passport size photos according to existing requirements.
- Completely filled in family forms for father's-, father-in-law's- and own family.
The Sponsor is your spouse:
- Original Nikah Nama + copy and translation
- Original divorce- or death certificate and copy if either of you have been married before.
- Information about spouse (i.e. copy of passport)
- Documentation of sponsor’s income - Last tax return and three last pay slips
- Documentation of sponsor’s housing in Norway
The Sponsor is your Fiancée.
- Original and copy of divorce- or death certificate with translation if either of you have been married before.
- Information about spouse (i.e. copy of passport)
- Documentation of sponsor’s income - Last tax return and three last pay slips
- Documentation of sponsor’s housing in Norway
- It will be required that you provide a "no objection to marriage"-certificate no older than three months prior to wedding in Norway.
The Sponsor is your Parent
- Letter of no objection from parent not residing in Norway.
- Death certificate of parent if applicable
- Court order showing parent in Norway has sole custody.
The Sponsor is your child (Permanent residence)
- Documentation of residency for children not living in Pakistan or Norway
- Divorce- or death certificate of spouse, if applicable
The Sponsor is your child (9 months permit)
- Documentation of your marriage situation (Married, widowed or divorced)
