- This is the application form for all visit visa (code C) and entry visa (code D) applications
- You do not need to fill in this application form if you register your application Online
2. Guarantee form for visits
- This form needs to be filled in by the reference in Norway and stamped by either the police or the Embassy. It must be sent directly to the Embassy by the reference in all visit visa cases.
