Please be advised that it is a requirement that all documents are submitted in original with a complete set of copies in the A4 format. The copies will have to be of very good quality with no staples, paper clips or glue as they will be scanned by the Embassy.
We stress the importance of submitting all relevant documents. Missing documents will lead to a rejection. If you for any reason is not able to submit any of the documents, please write short statement explaining this.
For all visa applicants:
- Valid, original passport (Or written explanation as to why this cannot be submitted)
- Signed receipt for having registered the application online or completely filled in and signed application form.
- 3 passport size, color photos on white background.
- Receipt for payment of application fee.
- Travel insurance covering the intended period of travel.
- Visa Questionnaire – Completely filled in.
- Information about your family and their residence (Family forms)
- Copy of all used pages in current passport.
- Old/expired passports (unless you have a Norwegian Schengen visa in your current passport)
- Copy of CNIC-card (2 copies)
- Documentation of your marriage status.
- Documentation of work and income.
- Documentation of granted leave for the requested period
- Documentation of private funds / Bank statement (Dating back 6 months)
- Documentation of property
- Invitation or guarantee for financial support given by the sponsor in Norway.
Additional documents for business travelers:
- Documentation of dealing with the reference company in Norway.
- Invitation from the sponsor company in Norway sent directly to the Embassy.
- Documentation of sufficient funds for the proposed travel.
- Hotel bookings for the proposed stay.
Additional documents for tourists:
- Documentation of Hotel booking
- Documentation of sufficient funds for the proposed travel.
